Holmes is hired by the British Inner Council to find the German agent in their midst who has been passing information to "The Voice of Terror" - a Nazi propaganda radio broadcaster who announces various acts of sabotage as they are happening. It's non-stop action as the Great Detective's uncanny ability to extract from the smallest piece of evidence a whole story of crime helps him unmask the spy in the Council's midst - but not before tragedy has struck.
