Felix Farmer was Hollywood's top producer - until now! After a staggering super-flop he battles with petty agents, venomous gossip columnists and backbiting studio executives and fails miserably - even to commit suicide. But his brainwave to re-shoot his film as an erotic blockbuster in which his wife (played by Julie Andrews) sheds her wholesome screen image and a great deal more leads to utter pandemonium as S.O.B. moves into high comic gear.
